This first meeting was primarily an introductory review of the mission of the steering committee. The bulk of the meeting involved conducting a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis of Forest Hills Borough. The results of that analysis can be viewed on the SWOT Ananysis page of the website.
