The following motions were among those approved:
Move to approve agreements with Chalfant Borough for Police and Public Works services from 2018 through 2021 at rates and terms specified therein.
Move to approve Resolution 1179 authorizing the sale of property known as Block and Lot Number 374-B-280 (the Park and Ride Lot) to the Port Authority of Allegheny County and authorizing the appropriate Borough Officials to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the sale
Move to approve an Agreement of Sale between the Borough and the Port Authority of Allegheny County for the sale of real property known as Block and Lot Number 374-B-280 for a sum of $150,000 in a form acceptable to the Borough Solicitor
