Credit Card Survey

The borough wishes to determine the level of interest on the part of borough property owners and residents on the use of credit cards to pay various bills.   We are unsure how a credit card program would work as there are several variations that we have discovered including one that allows cards to be accepted for internet bill paying.  At this time we are uncertain of the cost of any credit card program as well.

Please click on the word "survey" below so that we may have your opinion and guage interest. Once the survey is completed, you may click on the e-mail button at the top right of the survey and send it to us via an e-mail account established for survey information (no other information can be accepted via this e-mail address) or click on the print button in the same location and mail the form or drop it off in the office.  Please include your name and address so that we can ensure that only one survey is received from each individual.  

The survey will be active through August 31, 2009.  The survey is also available in the summer 2009 issue of the Tree City Times.
